I have been trying to get glasses since March. Can’t take a debit card by phone. Then I finally decide to order because my insurance won’t pay for anywhere else. I finally get them today because they have to be ordered and the frames are incorrect! So now I have to wait another 2 weeks to see and still pay with no fixing it except to order another pair. So if you would like to travel back and forth several times and spend a lot of money with no one caring, then this is the place for you! And it still won’t be right!

blamed the many defects in my transitions lens on me using sun screen. no mention of this potential problem when i purchased. losing both wife & i as future customers. be wary of this product
They talked me into getting lenses they don’t keep in stock because they wanted more money, but don’t actually have the lenses... this means I have to wait ten days. They told me this AFTER I paid for my glasses.
Excellent customer service, went in because I broke my frames, they were able to replace my lens into a new frame. I was in and out within 20 minutes
Customer service is excellent. I will come again. It worth the trip
To expensive even with insurance. I needed to pay over time to get my glasses, they don't do that. They want you to get their credit card to pay over time.
