Thought it was still one hour service when I went there, something changed, had to wait a week. When I went to pick them up, I saw the clerk actually drop the left lens out of the frame, had to get techs to fix it. Took a while. Didn't help, the same lens keeps popping out of the frame, which seems to have warped despite best care possible! Crap service, crap frame, etc. Will never patronize again, barring some miraculous intervention. CEO should know, but will probably never hear about it!!
I don't usually come here, but Jennifer that works here is my new guardian angel and she just made my day. Thanks Jennifer!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. First off, the lady seeing me kept calling me "Miss" even though I'm obviously a man. Then she started trying to pick my glasses out for me. This is of course fine, but she got really pushy with it. I told them to not put any special treatments or coatings on my lenses. They said I would get them in about a week. 14 days later, I called them asking where my glasses were. Apparently the woman who was seeing me put an extra treatment on them WITHOUT asking me. I just got the worst pair of glasses I've gotten from any optician. My glasses are progressive bifocals. I can read ok with them but I can't see clearly more than 10 ft. In front of my face. I mentioned it to the supervisor when I picked them up and he just said maybe I just needed to get used to them. I paid $600 for my glasses and they are pretty much useless. I will never go to Lens craters again.
Ken Boxer was wonderful. I am so happy I came to this LensCrafters! I feel like I understand my eye condition better and know better what to expect. Everyone on staff was wonderful but I want to give a huge shout out to Jennifer Jones! She is amazing!
Two words for people searching for an eye doctor...Dr. Boxer. He puts the "care" in caregiver. I am grateful that he took so much time with my daughter and then referred her on (she was seen in his office on a Friday at 2:30- seen by a retina specialist on Monday at 8:00am). He then called to speak to me after my daughter's visit with the specialist (directly after). Thank you multiplied by a million.
The BEST customer service! Tyra and Jennifer are AWESOME!
