I have a pair of rayban I got from this place, paid huge bucks, and then after my lasik surgery, I needed to replace lenses. I ordered replacement lenses online and hope to swap them onto my existing frame, and the black lady there was very unfriendly and consider this non-urgent and declined to help. She was literally sitting in stores and not doing any other things, and not helping any other customers. I purchased a pair of dolce and gabbana glasses and paid extra for lightweight lenses, as well as contacts, at the same time, from lenscrafters in westfield mall in Annapolis, md; I requested insurance at the time of my purchase, I called and was told that it was $25 to.get rid of scratches on my lenses; I called today to see when would be the best time to come in and now they are telling me I don't have it; it will instead cost me $215; I am upset at the incompetence of the store and don't appreciate, at this point, being o... read more
