I have a pair of rayban I got from this place, paid huge bucks, and then after my lasik surgery, I needed to replace lenses. I ordered replacement lenses online and hope to swap them onto my existing frame, and the black lady there was very unfriendly and consider this non-urgent and declined to help. She was literally sitting in stores and not doing any other things, and not helping any other customers.
