My wife and I recently started using LensCrafters. This location is excellent. From the eye exam to the service in selecting glasses, the team is knowledgeable and professional. I also sent my own frames out for lenses and it was perfect. For our last 2 visits, Jigme abs Usama were both excellent. Highly recommend this location!
LensCrafters really went above and beyond and helped me adjust my glasses. They were so great.! Brendan in particular was amazing!
They may be good at fixing glasses. Lens et but twice I have been mis diagnosed my prescription. I left with new glasses right lens too strong. I waited a few months like the staff told me eye needs to adjust. Four months later still to strong. I called to schedule an appt to discuss wrong prescription but sales associate told me you should have come a month after. Here we go price gauging again. No thanks I’m done.
