When i first went in to buy my frames and lenses it was a good experience. They arrived quickly. I came to pick them up and wanted to change a couple things. I wanted to change the color frames but, the same model, and one other thing that I could change right there. The guy who helped me, was also the guy who sold to me was blatantly annoyed by my changes. I felt like I couldn't have put him out even more. Jay is Rolex first class. I had an emergency on Saturday afternoon at 4:45 pm. I drive a 13 ton bus and I needed glasses that just broke. He thought outside the box and solved my problem. I left with new glasses and able to drive 40 people to Yosemite the following morning. Thank you Jay.
