Dr Sean Claffie was AMAZING! He offered to compose a letter that my daughter could take with her to the BMV to help explain her eye condition. He wanted to help ensure that IF she didn't get her temps, it wasn't due to her eyesight :-) She left the appointment with so much confidence, I cant put into words how important this was to her!

Arrived early for my appointment was greated very well nice people i went for my eye exam the ladies were very polite great attuides no problems at all the doctor listened to everything what i told her she was really nice i would definitely visit this location
This was my first experience going to lens crafters and it was not a good experience. I have insurance and they accept my insurance (I made sure to check ahead of time). I got over charged for everything. I am now in the process (going on 4 days later) of waiting for the manager to fix the issue. I had my insurance call this location letting them know about the coverages that I have and she still told my insurance that she's just waiting on the manager to get back on this issue. The manager Mark set us up with Becca & she was amazing! She really listened to my eye problems from this year!! She didnt push anything and helped us save!!!! After going through transplants and pressure swelling, I'm crying happy tears at the clarity! I love my glasses! Thank you!!!
