I came in to the location at Irvine Spectrum Center for a follow-up eye appointment on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Just like my visit in November 2016, everything from A to Z was great. The pre-exam routine was done efficiently and professionally. Dr. Chang was thorough during the eye exam and demonstrated that she cared not only about my eye health but also my overall well-being. Stephanie at Front Desk was, again, very helpful. I am so glad that I have found my go-to eye doctor and definitely will return.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The staff here is horrible. They are rude and do not care. I was told that I had to pay 1/2 upfront after they took me into the exam room. I have been going here for years and they had my file. This was a yearly exam covered by my Blue/Cross insurance. The girl then told me that they no longer would contact the carrier to verify insurance. That is just the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I walked right out of there and will not be back. I did contact Blue/Cross and reported them.
My daughter did her contact eye exam and paid for her test along with her sample lenses.They never explained to us that we need to pick up the sample lenses within 60 days. Now we called to pick up her lenses and order the final lenses, but they do not want to give us the samples lenses. They stated that we must pay $140.00 for a new eye exam. We paid the 1st eye exam with our eye insurance and the difference that was not covered by the insurance, and the samples lenses. We ended up paying from our pocket more than $100.00. ... read more
Everybody was extremely helpful and welcoming. They walk you through the process and make you feel comfortable. The technology they use is incredible.
This was my first visit to a Lenscrafters. Much better than other Eyeglasses stores I have tried. I used to have my own businesses so I know what good customer service should be. From what I observed today (11/11), all of your employees care about good service. Chris, your Technician and especially Dr. Alexander took time to explain details when asked. An excellent experience.
This was my first visit with LensCrafters. My 5 star review pertains to my experience during my exam and with customer service. Excellent, I say, Excellent! I actually had fun while choosing my frames and chuckles with the Dr. and his staff. I had a lot of questions and concerns and was a little worried I was being too needy. It has been close to 8 years since my last eye exam and I still remember that experience. If I had known about LensCrafters then and how wonderful the staff is, that would have been my choice. My latest exam (which was at LensCrafters) was way better than I had ever expected or even hoped. I didn't have to wait long to be seen, the doctor was extremely helpful, explained everything and gave me tips to help protect my eye to prevent damage and to keep them healthy longer. Dr. Susana did outstanding at explaining the anatomy of the eye as well as myopia and its causes in simple, easy to understand terms. I was beyond pleased with my experience at Lenscrafters Lincolnwood. In addition, Tony did an excellent job at recommending the appropriate lenses and explaining my vision coverage benefits. Not only was the service provided outstanding, but it was speedy.
