The customer service I received was horrendous. Both my husband and I went there to get our glasses. They gave us a date, changed the date to a later one, then when I went to cancel the order because very unprofessional.
The actual physician is great! With that being said, the person at the front is very hostile and difficult to deal with. She became almost combative when I asked for my prescription so I could order contacts online instead of through them. She also told me I did not exist and about hung up on my because she wrote down my birthdate wrong. Worst experience I have encountered with a staff by far. Would not recommend.
The staff here are kind and very helpful professionals. I am not the best at wearing my glasses but I know I have to as I am working with screens at all times. Chris went over my lens prescription with me walking me through the benefits each special coat for my astigmatism. He was so patient throughout the process in choosing a pair that would fit my needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. helped me out greatly
Last night my glasses fell into the couch and got twisted up when I reclined. We have Walmart VSP vision insurance so it’s hard to get in for a walk-in exam. I can’t see a thing without my glasses. After calling around all day and being told no and walking into the exam office next door to LensCrafters and finding out that they are also out of network I was devastated.
