I have been waiting for my glasses 9 days!! I called them and they just say they’re being processed and maybe another week for them to arrive. I understand the covaid caused delays but this is very hard especially since I can’t see well. Also prices are high even with the sale... I’m sure I could have been happier going somewhere else!
RecommendedI spoke with Ashley over the phone and she was very informative and knowledgeable. I came in and Angela was Awesome💯 and she advised me that if I touch the frames I need to place them in the tray not back on the rack. In addition to that she was wearing mask and gloves. I really didn’t want to come into the store but I am so glad I did😃 Thanks Angela and Ashley for being my angels today😇 especially in these times of uncertainty.
New staff smart mouth, incompetent and rude, after 20 years I will be moving on to another eye doctor and office!

I just have to say that this Lens Crafters is AWESOME. They really helped me out yesterday and now I can SEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
The people there really need to work on thwir customer service skills. Particularly the ones who answer the phones. Super rude. Literally sitting here waiting for service and these women are gossiping like teenagers. What is wrong with people?
