Ordered and paid for contacts. 10 days later (today) I called to check on status. Waited 12 minutes on hold to be told that I would get a call back to tell me where lenses are. When I asked they couldn’t tell me for sure. Just received a call back and was told they were shipped but USPS does not show received from LensCrafters. I would never order from them. Someone’s not telling the truth.
Extremely helpful Quality frames and lenses
I went in for a final contact lens fitting and was told I already had a lens prescription. I told Dr. Camacho I wasn't 100% happy with the prescription. His reply was it's already been finalized. He gave me a prescription for lenses I not happy with and sent me on my way. their unprofessional service is offensive. Do not come here!

twice I got the wrong prescription. and twice they told me maybe it was my astigmatism. after going after about the third time I gave up. I used my old glasses from 2 years prior and went to my old optometrist. I thought getting them in an hour was great, too bad they can't get it right. I wasted 2 eyeglasses and that really pissed me off. because they stood by their word that nothing was wrong. NEVER GOING BACK!
Really like this place! Customer service was outstanding and Ro and Dr. Kim were professional and well educated. I'll definitely come back for eye exams and glasses!
do not trust Alcon as a company, because it seems they do everything not to honor the rebate. I purchased their product and have been waiting for a rebate for four months, I called to follow up on it a month ago and was told I would get it in 2-3 weeks. Now I am being told that it printed yesterday and I should get it in 15 days. I will complain to Lens Crafters for promoting a product and rebate, it makes me question the quality of the product too.
LensCrafters refused to replace a defective lens on glasses I had less than a year. On top of that, my optometrist found that the prescription on my lenses was incorrect and had double the astigmatism that was prescribed. They owe me a refund for making the wrong lenses that I wore for almost a year. Go to Costco, they are cheaper, better quality, and if you don't like the selection of glasses, buy them somewhere and bring them to Costco to get your lenses.
