RecommendedI have struggled with glasses that were not fitted to my face for almost a year. When it was time for my eye exam I went to Dr. Arneson at LensCrafters. The customer service there is awesome. I was very pleased with my visit they cared very much for my eyes and the experience that I had was amazing. I would like to thank Dr. Arneson and Tim at LensCrafters for helping me find a pair of glasses that fit my face and my bifocal was strategically placed so that I have a perfect fit and perfect vision now. Highly recommend.
It's like you're dealing with a used car salesman. They tried to include every option on the glasses and then get snotty and condescending when you tell them you don't want the options.
It is like they are selling you a car. They must be on commission! Also what is the difference between there lens and Wal-Mart lens. They are Super expensive!
Ask or look for James. I needed to order new glasses in a hurry and he was very in tune with my focus as a customer. Didn’t bother me until I needed him, then took care of everything fast enough that I got in and out with plenty of time to write this review.
