I realize every company needs to make a profit, and some companies charge more because their product or service is superior. The definition of the word “value” is the cost of an item in terms of something else. All consumers determine “value” according to their own specific needs and wants. This company charges an obscene amount of money for eye exams, frames, and lenses. The only time their product or service would be a decent value is if you arrived at their store blind and unable to get home without glasses. Otherwise, go... read more

Have bought my last 3 pairs of glasses here. I have never had a problem with anything. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and the doctors are great.

So if your looking for a eye place to go to I do ... read more

Great customer service! These guys helped me out in a pinch when I needed some help with my vision while I was in Eugene on vacation. Highly recommended!

Took my daughter in today. Not only did they giver a walk-in exam within an hour, but after the exam her glasses were ready by the time we finished the paperwork and billing. Kyra and the rest of the staff are very professional and the service was above and beyond my expectations. Even without optical insurance, the Ray-Ban frames and lenses were half off for kids, saving me around $150 out of the $465 it would have cost, including the eye exam.
