BEWARE: LensCrafters / Dr. Magalhes and Associates in North Attleboro was a very disappointing experience. I went in for new glasses and clearly stated multiple times that I only wanted services covered by my insurance. Each time I was told, “of course.” I’ve now received an unexpected bill for an additional $145. 05/05/2026 Overall Selection Service I was at Lens Crafters on today looking for new frames and glasses. After looking around the store for several minutes, I found glasses that I loved. I went to try on a few more to make sure this was my final decision. When I went back to get the glasses they were nowhere to be found. I asked the sales person about the glasses and was ignored.. They keep on sending me emails even though I told them not too. Unsubscribe me from all your emails, text etc. I do Not want your services.
I honestly do not know what has happened to this place, but the service has changed. My visit 3 years ago with the doctors and staff was good. I changed My phone number last year and I provided it to them during my exam. After spending over $1100 for eye glasses and contacts, I would think their system would update with my new phone number so I am informed when they arrive. I continued to call to ask the status going on almost 3 months only to find out they arrived weeks ago and the only excuse is they were looking under my ... read more

Don’t waste your time! Totally unprofessional!! They cancelled my appointment the day before I was scheduled!!
All the staff were very kind and helpful. It was my first step into the world of glasses, and my experience was great. The staff were quite understanding and patient. I am excited to receive my new glasses!

I went to Orlen Eye Care at Holyoke Mall and my overall experience was exceptional. I hadn't been for an eye exam in six years and wasn't sure what to expect. Making the appointment was simple and there was a variety of time slots and days available. Upon arrival I was seen immediately. The staff greeted me, and I filled out a few forms and minutes later, I was taken into a room where a tech took some amazing, magnified pictures of both eyes.
