This store has the most vile service I have ever experienced. Unprofessional and insulting level of laziness from the employees. My first experience: I initially called to have my prescription faxed to me to buy lenses elsewhere. After wasting 45 minutes back and forth on the phone with them, and faxing a release form, they ultimately refused to send me the prescription because apparently a simple contact lens renewal requires two separate visits.
