Very bad experience I bought rimless glasses, sunglasses and back up glasses. About $1300. One of the temples came loose. I brought it in for repair. To my surprise, the sales person indicated that they "have problems with this model of glasses but do not repair glasses after 30 days. I was expected to buy new glasses. I was shocked. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he left for the day. This store has the most vile service I have ever experienced. Unprofessional and insulting level of laziness from the employees. My first experience: I initially called to have my prescription faxed to me to buy lenses elsewhere. After wasting 45 minutes back and forth on the phone with them, and faxing a release form, they ultimately refused to send me the prescription because apparently a simple contact lens renewal requires two separate visits.
