Front staff is rude and short with patient's, wait time is in consistent. I knew there was something wrong with my tooth but the doctor missed it during my regular check up and I had to go back to have him check it and basically had to self diagnose what was going and then he confirmed what I already knew was wrong. At that point I'm not putting anymore money in their pocket. My family and I are going with a practice more trust worthy!

Best dentist I have met. New to Ankeny needed a cleaning & after my 1st visit with Dr LENSCH I was happy I came in. Yes, me happy at the dentist! I'm a dental phob with an extensive history needing at least 3 procedures/year. Dr LENSCH has repaired a crown that broke off saving my tooth, & extracted a tooth for me. I felt very at ease, had no pain & was encouraged to call him during off hours with any issues. I had none. As an RN I can confidentially say he's got great bedside manners. ??
