Len is great! He shortened a bracelet for me (took out a few chain links) - no charge! I took in a charm that looked like it was missing a rhinestone. Once he cleaned the charm, he found that the rhinestone was there; it just wasn't showing up because it needed cleaning. No Charge! I will go to him for all the jewelry repairs. Next time, I'll leave a tip for his previous work as he didn't charge me. :-)
