The staff always have great customer service and are a pleasure to speak with. They’re very helpful in having you choose a pair of glasses. The doctor is very nice and helpful. He takes the time to answer all your questions and explain things in layman terms for you to understand any issues you may have with your eyesight. Would recommend this place.
I had an outstanding experience at this optometry office and felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. Dr. Colabella is an exceptional eye doctor. He took the time to explain everything in clear detail, made sure all my questions were answered, and never made the visit feel rushed. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his patients and their long-term eye health. The front desk team, Roxanne and Elsa, were just as impressive. Dr. Colabella is such a kind and knowledgeable optometrist. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. His staff was amazing too — the ladies were so helpful and patient while helping me pick out frames. They have a great selection of eyewear, and I found frames I absolutely love. Scheduling an appointment online was super easy, and I was able to get in quickly. Highly recommend!
I am so happy I was able to find this optometrist in North Hollywood. They were super fast and convenient I went in on a Saturday with a prescription needing urgently contacts and to place an order. Got some trials the same day and I got a text message the following Friday that they were ready for pick up. I went in and got them. I’m so happy with this clinic . Really recommend
My experience at Lens Factory with Dr Colabella and his staff has always been spectacular. He is excellent and his staff is excellent as well. I have been his patient for many years and really feel expertly taken care of whenever I have my eyes examined.
