Never got to utilize this practice. I have called several times to get clarification before my appointment with respect to antibiotic due to knee replacement. No one has ever called me back. Poor customer service! Even though on my dental plan I’ll find another who is responsive.
Doesn’t listen and charges for work not done. After spending well over $10,000, he will never see another penny from me or anyone in my family. Cares about nothing other than lining his pockets.
I have had both Dr Lens's work on teeth before. For the first time in my life I actually look forward to going to the dentist. These Dr.'s are very gentle, extremely thorough, and are eager to make you comfortable. Lisa the hygienist is wonderful! Mia at the front desk is incredibly efficient, and I won't go to this office unless Regina the assistant is there to work with Dr. Lens. 5 stars all day long!
Great office, great staff. Would recommend the office to anyone
