The assistant Rude.I forget her name She had a curly hair I ordered my Reading glasses she told me It takes Two weeks they never called Never heard from them, if ready. Is been Two months I never heard from them I had to call to check if ready yup is ready no one call me.

Staff are professional and friendly. I received an inaccurate prescription and had to get a second eye exam for the correct prescription. Despite their mistake, I still had to pay 100% of the out of pocket cost of the second appointment. Update: as of 8/11, no one has contacted me.
Not for kids! I have gone here for years and never had a problem. I brought my 6 year old daughter a couple years ago, and the doctor seemed to think she was "faking" her eye problems because she was excited to get glasses. He said come back in 6 months. Not only that, but he dismissed her so fully in front of her, she was really upset afterwards. I took her elsewhere, and not only did they recognize that she did have issues with blurred vision, and wasn't "faking it", they found that she had several physical issues with her... read more
