Highly recommend Lens. They did a fantastic job with my AC unit today. They showed up on time- did a great job- cleaned up the mess, although I told them I would get it since they had been working so hard, but they insisted they would do it. Both guys were very friendly and professional. The owner came by twice just to make sure all was going well. Thanks for doing g such a great job!!! Will absolutely be calling Lens anytime I need Hvac work done.

I had a very poor experience with this company, starting with presumably the owner misquoting me over the phone for a job (things happen- but I ended up agreeing to the almost doubled price upon their arrival). However, the AC tech that started working was not familiar with the specific unit I had mounted on my wall, and rather than admitting this, he first broke the metal bracket it was attached to on the wall, and then disassembled the unit. EMPTY PROMISES (but with a friendly voice). Len's installed my ac unit two years ago. Subsequently I noticed that I had problems with its air handling system: it would continually suck up my air filter into the handler. They came out to fix it, but didn't. I have called multiple times for them to return. Each time, in a friendly helpful voice, "We have ordered a part and it should be in soon." A year later and Ten calls! NOTHING! And the street address seems fake

I've used Lens & they have the BEST employees! Fast, knowledgablr & honest! I will be a customer for life! I live in condo at Sea Towers &'they all love them here!
