There are so many great things about Lenox West! Special shoutout to Kendall and Shelby, they have been incredibly helpful since we moved in. The maintenance staff is extremely attentive and quick to complete service requests, and the office team is always professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Recently, we had an issue that needed attention from the office staff, and Shelby the property manager took amazing care of us. I spent a year at Lenox West. I chose them after seeing so many apartments for several reasons. Obviously, cost is always an issue and they were definitely competitive. But their response time and excellent location cinched it for me. And I will tell you that their level of professionalism and care didn't waiver at all. I absolutely loved the monthly get-togethers and their raffles were so much fun. I highly recommend Lenox West and a huge shout out to Kendall and all of the Lenox West team!!!
Very nice apartments and was a top contender in my search but ultimately went with something in current school district. Kathrine was amazing when showing me units and answered any and all questions I had. Great location, amenities, and staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable!
Toured this complex on Saturday. Katherine is awesome! She’s knowledgeable..and engaged with making sure my needs are met. Her kindness, professionalism and respect coupled with beautiful, clean and pristine grounds/units make this a perfect place to call home.
Katherine was super kind and did an excellent job. She gave me the best tour in any apartment tour I’ve ever taken. She did a great job driving the golf cart it was so fun I’m a big fan of golf carts.
