I had the pleasure of touring this community with Desi and couldn’t say enough positive things! She was very welcoming when I walked in and greeted me right away. She asked me about my move and preferences to find me the right apartment. Desi showed me the hideaway layout which is the 2 bed/ 2 bath split layout perfect for me and my roommate. Once my roommate agrees we will be putting in our application!
I’ve lived at Lenox West for almost three years, and I can confidently say it’s been an amazing experience from day one. The community here is not only beautiful but also exceptionally well-maintained. The ponds add a serene touch, making it a peaceful place to come home to every day. Overall, most of the time living here was nice. But the beginning was a rocky start. Our ceiling caved in 3 times within the first few weeks of moving in due to a water leak. The first two fixes were clearly a quick fix (patched and spray painted the ceiling) and didn’t address the deeper issue of a broken gutter. It finally got it fixed. Also when we first moved in, we dealt with a horrible cockroach problem for the first couple of months (likely due to a neighbor or the tenant). My name is Mikayla and I work in the office at Lenox West! I recently moved here and our apartment was in beautiful condition! The community has so much to offer, and the amenities are top notch. The location is the best part - all of our necessities are within a mile & we have tons of restaurants to choose from!
The apartments are indeed modern and immaculate. Spacious and comfortable. The staff are always accommodating and eager to help in all ways possible. From getting me a garage to finding me the perfect reserved parking space where there wasn't one already. Maintenance staff are skilled and fast. Also friendly and eager to assist.
