I originally posted a negative review because of an experience that I had but The owner called me personally and took care of everything. Because of how great the response was to my concern and how helpful they were in making things right, I am happy to change my review to 5 stars.
The worst experience I have ever had with a dentist practice! I would give 0 stars if possible! SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT GO HERE!!! I temporarily moved to the area and went to Lenox Village Dentistry several times while I lived nearby. They suggested that I needed 2 crowns in my molars, which were right next to one another. I can’t tell you how much I dislike going to the dentist...but they are the best I have ever been to! They are very professional and patient. They do a great job of easing your anxiety.
My experience here was wonderful. Lissa was my hygienist for my cleaning today. She is so very kind and sweet. I also had my wisdom teeth taken care of. Dr. Peaks was a rockstar. She and the entire staff today were all magnificent. This is my new home for all things dentistry.
Dr. Peaks absolutely ROCKS!!! So does the entire staff. She can certainly help with a Dentist Allergy! She did mine!!! 👍👍
