Let me start by saying that I am not a resident yet for this community but I just had to give a shoutout to one of their employees.Kendall you are awesome!She has been so kind and helpful.Every property needs someone in management like you.Regardless if I move here or not thank you for making this process easy.
Love love love everything about this apartment complex!! I do not have or did I see one con with this apartment. If not the best, definitely one of the best apartment complexes I've seen lately. I went to tour these apartments with Kendall a few weeks ago while on a potential apartment hunt. Kendall was very professional, friendly, warm and welcoming during the entire tour process. Moved in at the beginning of the year and it has been the best experience thus far. From viewing, signing the lease, everything has been amazing. Kendall is the best! Anytime I need anything she is fast and makes sure it gets done. Maintenance is great as well and everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. My apartment is beautiful and worth the price. Love the space and in a great location in Warner Robins.
We moved in a month ago and everything has been great. Kendall has answered all of our questions and is always available when we need her. We have to give special recognition to Tamara and Stacey for getting us through the application process. We have a 3/2 with a sunroom on the first floor and a large garage. We have plenty of space as a family of 5 with 2 dogs. This property is in a great location with great schools and the best price with the most square foot of any other property in the area!
Loved how attentive Kendall was and how she gave me all the information i needed. She was such a blessing to deal with. If i end up moving to the area ill probably move here because she went above and beyond to make sure i understood everything. 10/10
