Everyone at the front desk was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. I loved the history of the building but with that came dated accommodations. The location though was amazing, can't complain about being next to a 24hr Walgreens and plenty of places to eat a drink just a few blocks away.
The Lennox Hotel was very clean, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, and it’s a great stay if you love historical buildings. Alex at the front desk was great!
I'm here now leaving this am thank god! Front desk was lovely. Shady neighborhood watched a homeless guy go through dumpster. Our room was fuming with some kind of bleach put chair by door but smell made us sick. Front desk moved us to 7th floor. Very inviting outside but interior needs help! I must say the hotel also has tenants living in hotel. They do allow smoking or not but people were smoking and not cigarettes! I woke up this am still suffering from the smell of bleach !
