This is an old hotel in a great location. If you're looking for a place just to sleep for a night, this hotel was great and the price was right. This was our 2nd time staying here, and although I had some concerns about some recent reviews I read, we had no issues. They have cameras on the parking lot, and there was no evidence of bed bugs. It is a very dated hotel, the elevator is old but worked no problem. Our room was very clean and the service at the front desk was great. Would stay here again.
I don't recommend being a tenant here (or staying as a guest for that matter). I'll start by mentioning the few good things I can say, which is that the front desk staff are generally very nice and the proximity to the medical campus is useful. However, property management are rude and unhelpful and clearly seeking to make money above all else, and it shows in the experience you have.
