I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received at Lenox Hill Radiology on Myrtle Avenue on Thursday, 4/25. I arrived at 3:30pm for my 4:15pm appointment and after meeting with my doctor and being referred for a sonogram and mammogram, I was refused treatment despite having taken the day off and waiting for 45 minutes. I witnessed the unhelpful behavior of the staff towards several patients, and they did everything possible to avoid assisting them.
