Very disappointing. About two weeks ago I made an appointment online, as required, for my son. I filled in all the necessary information they asked for. Well, today I took my son in for his 4:30 appointment. They had no record of him! After asking several questions and making a few phone calls, the only woman in the office returns to tell us: they do not have him in the system and that Dr. Sari Neuve is NOT taking new patients.
