Lenox Hill has a reputation allegedly touting superb clinical care. The ER on E77?St in Manhattan is a disaster beyond belief. Disorganized, chaotic, disrespectful, unprofessional are mild terms to describe it. It should be shut down. Staff collectively should be fired. Should not be allowed to practice medicine nor touch a human being. Physicians would not explain test results with patient or family members. Not one consultation in 7 hours during a recent visit. Bernie and Rocky in reception were great. Dr Klepfish Dr Klouboth and RN David N were also very helpful with a family member.
Waited over 3 hours in the emergency room , doctor never came. Me and my wife just left without receiving any form of treatment. I came in because of pain from a car accident and was completely ignored. Terrible hospital, with inattentive staff
Arrived for a presumed appendectomy. Was received and processed efficiently and professionally. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and professional. They made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Once I made it to the operating room the head surgeon and anesthesiologist had very good bedside manner and were proper pros. Dr. Han (hope is spelled that right) and Dr. anesthesiologist (sorry forgot name. Brain was not working at its best) thank you! 10/10
