Unprofessional and callous. Most definitely would not recommend.
The level of unprofessionalism I experienced absolutely blows my mind. I have been a patient here for several years and have normally had a good experience, however, after the way I was treated I will never return. I initially went to a private clinic for City of Rockford employees (& their families) because I thought I had an easily treatable UTI. So very happy with the care I have received from Andrea Rossow. Very caring individual, who truly takes time to listen to any concerns you may have and offer good solutions and follow up.
Extremely poor communication and work ethic with a lack of empathy on top. Very disappointing to say the least.
Andrea Rossow is amazing! Takes her time during appointments and will make sure all of your questions are answered (so hard to find nowadays). Exceptional care
