5 star service. Would recommend to anyone needing service on their garage door. My spring was broken and they sent someone out that day. Vin came out and took a half hour to fix. Awesome price, best service and very convenient.
Had these guys come out to do a creative garage door project and the guy they sent wasn't very knowledgeable, had to call "home" multiple times, didn't have a solution for me, and still demanded $45 for coming out and being of no help.
I have the old, large springs and one of them broke. It is a heavy system and the tech lamented that they had not scheduled a two man call, but he was able, by having to take apart more than was ordinarily required and replaced both springs. He also thoroughly inspected the system and found a broken hinge, which he replaced. He was very professionally and personable.
Lenox Garage Door Repair Co. technician was outstanding. When I called him, he answered right away. He was reasonable in his pricing and arranged the work for the next day. He arrived earlier than expected and completed the installation of all three garage door openers in one day. He was easy to work with, pleasant to converse with, and a wonderful person in general. He comes highly recommended from me.
After we spoke, the technician from Lenox Garage Door Repair Co. arrived the very next day to repair a broken spring in my garage door. We had to replace both sets of springs on each side of the door because the remaining one was worn out. His quote was far more reasonable, and the work was completed on time and in a clean manner. He was a true professional who knew what he was talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I needed his services again, and you shouldn't either!
