The worst. I bailed after five months of waiting and countless false promises (when I was able to reach them at all). Stay away.
I applied for a refi with this company back in August of this year. It is now December 11, 2020. Nothing but delays, another 30 days, then another 30 days, then they need the documents again, blah, blah, blah. Highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want any type of loan services.
