Beautiful place, Food was amazing, Event Planner was a Vibe
I was absolutely thrilled when I saw this venue online. Fit my wedding criteria aesthetically, but while in the process to receiving info on packages offered. Money was just listed. No idea into open catering, bar services, chairs/tables included, and etc. I had thought okay maybe in person I’d receive more info. We set up a first date and Leanne rescheduled. We were married at the Lenox. The owner calling herself a coordinator is the joke of the year. She took our money and we didn’t hear from her until the month of our wedding. By that time she was trying to change the times available on us, tried to tell me we still owed her money when we paid in full, cash. She even told us we couldn’t be in a room downstairs when we had rented the entire building.
