I had a very bad experience with this apartment community. When I signed my lease, they knowingly placed me in a handicap-accessible unit even though I am not disabled, promising to transfer me to a regular unit when available. That never happened. After waiting over a year and a half and repeatedly asking, I gave the required 60-day notice to move out.
