Thank you so much for everything you did yesterday for my Porkchop. I was expecting a normal cold and disconnected vet appointment. Instead, I met some wonderful ladies who beamed with passion for helping kitties. You know how when you go to the vet, they make you put your scared pet on an exam table? Well here, if your pet wants to be under the table, they'll do the exam under the table. I thought that was so fabulous. They treated him, as well as me, like they had known us forever. Not only were the staff members friendly,... read more

Love this place. They took good care of my baby girl Misty. They treat our cats like royalty. I would defiantly recommend this hospital to anyone.

I wouldn't take my cats any where else. Bandit(pictured) had multiple health issues and was frequently at the vets office. He was so terrified that I had to give him tranquilizers before we went, and he had to have a shot after he got there before anyone could do anything with him. Dr. Sally didn't give him anything else, and by the end of the visit,he was actually rubbing his face against hers! She had very quickly wo... read more

Absolutely THE best experience in my cat lady lifetime! The staff and doctor Sally are remarkable! My kitty was turned away from other vet hospitals that wanted to anesthesize him in order to handle him but the staff at Lenox Cat Hospital were so professional and caring. George was treated to a warm and inviting exam room where he was able to roam free and I was offered coffee or tea. If George could type with his tiny paws he would provide the same happy testimony. All that said, the rates were surprisingly reasonable and m... read more

I brought my fur baby, May here for the first time a few weeks ago. She had been suffering a serious skin allergy- her skin was crusty and fur was missing from scratching/biting (I brought her to two other vets for the same issue & got no results) The laid back atmosphere was awesome for my shy fur baby and she is now happy as can be & her skin and fur are pretty much back to normal & looking great! We are so grateful & amazed on how well she is doing especially given the short period of time! The whole staff is friendly and... read more
