We have lived here almost 3 years and we feel it is very good value. The staff is pleasant and responsive in addressing any needs that come up.
Feb.25,26 The maintance crew led by Kerry came to take care of request concerning things that needed to be done in my apt, and addressed them till they were done. One issue they could not fix that was beyond their control, yet they were persistant in trying to resolve it. ( A issue probably based on when the complex was constructed with incorrect wiring on an outlet installed that never has worked.) So I am pleased with what was done by them.👍
No body showed up to resolve my issue I don't understand why they are posting it as they did resolve my issues and getting emails and texts that they did and my requests are still the same .
My husband and I absolutely love this apartment! It's so well maintained, and the neighbors are wonderful. The area is always clean and tidy, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Trash is consistently picked up, which we really appreciate. This place has truly been my first choice, and I feel happy living here.
I moved out almost a year ago, but I still feel negatively about my experience towards the end. A few months postpartum with a newborn, the AC stopped working. Summer hit and air in the house never went below 80 degrees (even bought multiple fans, it just blew hot air around). Despite multiple maintenance requests, the issue never resolved the issue.
