I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for Barbra and staff at Arbor Place Apartments. She has been incredibly helpful and genuinely cares about her tenants. I’ve been a resident of Arbor Place for about 5 months now. I moved here in October of 2024 with my family. The property manager Ms Hickman and the other agents work to ensure a genuine family environment is present. The stresses of day to day life are expected. But it is not everyday that you meet honest and compassionate teams of employees. EDIT: After living at Arbor Place for 2 years, I realize an update is necessary for my review. Originally, I was in a bind trying to find somewhere to live because I was moving from out of state due to acquiring a job in the area. They were friendly and welcoming, as most apartment offices are when you are NOT a tenant yet, but the first red flag was that their front office staff, Ms. Parker, requested that I write a review for the apartment complex on Google, right there and then as I was signing my lease in the office. I really hate to give a bad report, but I hate even more for anyone else to make the moving mistake our family is experiencing. We moved here in January of 2021, site unseen due to Covid-19. We were disappointed when we moved in with no overhead lighting in the bedrooms and living room. The lighting in the entrance, dining, and kitchen is very dim.
