I’m giving three stars because of one simple thing. And putdated policy that leaves quiet hardworking, people without many options. My wife and I make plenty of money. Our credit is decent. We don’t make a lot of noise. We pay early every time rent is due/ but the not allowing any felon to rent a unit, for things that happened 7 plus years ago. Leaves good people struggling. Don’t bother cleaning your apartment or patching holes before moving out— they’ll still charge you and send the bill to collections.
The business office for this complex was incompetent and sent our refund to the WRONG address after we have confirmed in writing three times. Took OVER a week past the 30 day Georgia tenant law so once again, they are in breach and we are still waiting for them to fix the mistake that was completely preventable.
