I felt that I have to make a review after receiving a very concerning email this morning. I want to make a note that management has been great. They respond to all our emails, are kind and can tell they care about their residents. So this review isn’t for them but the complex itself and the community here. I Moved in early July. I mainly dealt with Mrs Deborah beautiful lady and very professional.
I can’t thank Ms Barber enough for helping me get my apartment. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly for me. She took the time to explain things clearly, kept me updated every step of the way, and never made me feel like just another client. Absolutely adorable staff. Mrs. Barbara, Mrs. Deborah, and Mrs. Wanda are the “Big 3” over there. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The apartments are large and renovated and property is always maintained. Maintenance always come through immediately. Jamal is security and always available if you have concerns. The community is safe and relaxing with cool neighbors. It’s a good vibe if you are looking to lease in this area.
When I stayed here it was nice. What I dont like is when my lease ended they charged me sooooo many fees & kept my deposit. Im not asking for my deposit back its not about the money its about principles. Why would you falsely charge me? Keep my deposit then take more? That apartment had NO damages. It still looked brand new. I cleaned my carpet before leaving and everything. Now this apartment complex is hitting my credit for overages of cleaning fees. Never was late on rent except 1x.
