Great food and atmosphere!
We went for dinner on a Friday night. The place was full. Food and service were really lacking. We ordered the bbq shrimp. It was awful- cold shrimp that looked like they came from a frozen bag in a sauce that had ok flavor. We asked for bread 3 times and never got it. The ravioli special was ridiculous- 5 raviolis that had nothing special about them. It feels like this establishment is trying to be fancy but their food is so mediocre. i was immediately amazed by the building when i walked in, the lobby is GORGEOUS. i happened to be in town since i had to visit ole miss for semester planning and my sister wanted to try this restaurant. i love how lively the place is; it felt nice enjoying our food while a group of little boys were discussing pokemon cards in the next table over. the dr pepper being served in mason jars was cute. our waiter was incredible and the food was top-tier. i still have a strong craving for the mashed potatoes and pepper jelly.
This is by far the best steak in Oxford. The bartenders Preston and Thomas were phenomenal. We’ve lived in Oxford for six years and this is the best service anywhere we have had. Thank you!
