Lived with these guys four years, looked over ALOT, because I'm not a person that likes to complain. BUT winter 2022 couldn't get them to come fix my thermostat for our heat and my one year old got pneumonia. The toilet handle and stove fan was broken from the first day I moved in and they were made aware of numerous things such as this but would never come fix them.
