I had an issue with my appointment, but Vince Gray stepped in and got it straightened out. And also provided me with fast and friendly service. He single handedly turn a potentially bad experience into a positive one. I would recommend them to anyone. My car was serviced to my expectations and in a timely manner. I had a 11 o’clock appointment for oil and filter change . I arrived at 10:50 and didn’t get out until 12:40. Almost 2 hours for oil change is unacceptable.
