Made an appointment for someone to come out to check why my air conditioning system was not cooking my home. Appointment was on a Wednesday between 12-5. So I take off time work to wait, they were to call one hour before arrival. They never called and never came. What a waste of time. I want to know why this happened and I will keep calling until I find out. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company. I called family heating and cooling and they came out immediately. I happily paid them.
Had a deck built. Chris was the carpenter that did it. He was very respectful and nice. He cleaned up after did a great job on the deck. I love my new deck!
