This was always my favourite place. Not sure if management changed but today was unappealing. They charged me $10 extra for French on my toes, I’ve never paid that ever. Also, it was so cold in there that every serum, scrub and moisturizer they used was also so cold. Extra steam off my hot towel because my legs were freezing. Adding to respond. I was aware prior to my pedicure, I never said I wasn’t. What I said was I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED THAT BEFORE….. And if the facility is freezing cold, all your products will be too!

Beautifully renovated, friendly staff and reasonable prices. The nails last long!!
