Absolutely awful bedside manner. I went in for a routine exam. I was treated as if I was nothing more than a cadaver on a cold metal slab in the morgue. When I asked questions about the vaccine, I was given more so personal thoughts versus scientific or medical thoughts. She told me nothing more than “just get it”. Worst mistake of my life seeing her
I was scheduled for 100. Was asked to arrive at the hospital at 1100 to register. I arrived at 1030 am to register and took me back to get an IV at 230 I asked what was the delay. I was informed my appointment was at 300 and not at 100. Why would they ask me to be here 4 hours early. The nurse checked in with dr Laureta nurse and was told 2 hours behind.
