I have been a patient of Dr. Lenns since 2006. He is always made himself available when needed. He is promptly responsive to text messaging in answer to any issues and made himself. His diagnoses have always been accurate and recommendations thoughtful and sound. My wife Lynda and I have recommended Dr. Lenns to all of our friends and all feel the same way about him!. My wife is a RN with extensive clinical and managerial background in Home Health Care and Hospice and we both have also been in that field for over 45 years.
Dr. Lenns has been our primary physician for almost 20 years. We have always found him to be knowledgeable, conservative, and caring. Since going to the Concierge model, with the ability to contact him 24/7, our experience has only improved.
Dr. Lenns and his staff are the epitome of kind, efficient and trustworthy medical care. It's never easy to transition to new providers when moving to a new area, but Dr. Lenns made this step effortless.
Been seeing him for over 15 years. Have greatest faith and confidence in him. I am a retired Physician Assistant who practiced Internal Medicine my whole career.
All of my visits are handled promptly and efficiently by the staff and Dr. Lenns. Exams are thorough and informative relative to my health.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lenns for 3 years and am very pleased. I find him to be very pleasant, caring and thorough. He takes all the time needed to explain blood results, any concerns you have and you never feel rushed. His check ups are complete. He is available by phone and returns calls. I always have been able to see him the same day when needed. The wait time for an appointment is usually about 5 minutes. His office staff is very pleasant,courteous and professional. I would gladly recommend him.
Dr. Lenns always takes the time needed with each patient. If you leave a message they will get back to you quickly.
I started seeing Dr Lenns in 2015. He has been excellent in treating me. He switched to concierge service and because of my relationship with him and his excellent service I stayed with him. He spends the amount of time necessary to explain and answer questions. He responds to emails and phone calls promptly. His staff is top notch and very responsive. Highly recommend him.
I have been a patient of Dr Lenns since 1992 and have always been treated like I’m the only patient he is seeing that day! Very kind and interested in how I’m doing physically and mentally. I like having him as a Concierge Doctor. Five stars!
