I have been out of heat for two weeks. My HVAC guy ordered the part needed. Lennox sent a part but was NOT the right one. My HVAC guy said the correct part was sent. That part was received but Lennox sent two female ends which we all know does not hook together. While these "Lennox" people get to go home to a warm house, I'm still cold. And if they don't know the difference between male and female, they should be in a different line of work. I'm furious at the idiocracy of these people.
