Since the first day, I walked in to the building, Troy and Shannon was very good to me. They always make sure I get my equipment in a timely fashion and they are always very nice. They make sure I leave with a smile. They always answer my questions and help me as much as I can thank you guys for everything you do.

We had an emergency A/C repair today and needed parts fast. Troy and Shannon went above and beyond. Even though I didn’t get there until 4:31, they stayed late, got all the paperwork signed, loaded everything up, and had me back out the door in less than five minutes. On top of that, they made sure I was taken care of by giving me some Gatorade and water to stay hydrated. That’s outstanding customer service. Thank you, Troy and Shannon! You guys are the best!
Showed up at 430... they were walking out door. Tall (taller then me im 5 8 my ego is 6 9.) Guy was little spicy but got me my part and headed way out. Considering google says open til 430 and then after hours if pay was a little frustrating. Edit they wanted me to contact them but looking through the reviews it looks like no progress is made. I see complaints sprinkled through out for rudeness inattentive desk clerks
