Make sure to get a day off as they make you wait on hold for more than a couple hours. I called them at 9 10 and 11 in the morning for an hour and more later on in the afternoon... Update: I understand you're busy but putting me on hold for 45mins then out of the blue, you hang up on me.. kinda rude Poor company service
They need better customer service
The absolute worst. Been on hold for over an hour and have had multiple calls dropped. Deserve 0 stars. Update: Still terrible.
