Based on my current experience, I would advise anyone who is planning to install Lennox furnace to consider carefully and check other manufacturers first. My unit was installed less then 18 months ago by rather unprofessional, yet Lennox authorized installer. The fan on the unit is not working which is not only inconvenient, but can be a hazard which breaks the furnace down the road. Of all the hvac companies this company absolute worse. Can't get a hold of any humans just annoying Dave lennox voice on hold over and over until someone hangs up on you . Need a quote .. dont bother. Need a part. Backordered without lee times. Tbey need to close up in Canada . Impossible to get any parts from this company. Nothing is ever in stock. Heating parts are sold out by october. My oder was canceled even though half of it is on backorder and the system doesn't say when anything will come in. How are you not able to get a heat exchanger whatsoever during the middle of the winter when a unit is down. As a contractor I feel for the customer because they have to suffer because our hands are tied with no ability to get the parts we need. Get better.
Lennox is a joke... literally wasted my whole day
Staff here are extremely lazy and rude I guess they dont like working there. You ask one question and they get irritated and start showing attitude. They make you feel they are doing a huge favor to you for just being there behind the counter. I have gone through the comments and 70 % of 1 star reviews are about the team , shame on Lennox that haven't solved the problem. I guess thats the culture at Lennox to be rude and arrogant. I stopped installing and reccomending Lennox units anymore.
