Based on my current experience, I would advise anyone who is planning to install Lennox furnace to consider carefully and check other manufacturers first. My unit was installed less then 18 months ago by rather unprofessional, yet Lennox authorized installer. The fan on the unit is not working which is not only inconvenient, but can be a hazard which breaks the furnace down the road. Of all the hvac companies this company absolute worse. Can't get a hold of any humans just annoying Dave lennox voice on hold over and over until someone hangs up on you . Need a quote .. dont bother. Need a part. Backordered without lee times. Tbey need to close up in Canada . Counter personal dont answer and are rude in person.This company customer service and quality of equipment is so bad. Support companies that want the biz this company does not.
