I would give zero stars if I could. They NEVER answer the phone. HOPEFULLY THE BRANCH MANAGER CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. Trying to repair Lennox units as a tech I’d rather sell the customer another brand then have to deal with your parts department.
The worst supplier ever… they sell AC with 10 years parts warranty but dont stock any , it takes 6-7 weeks to get a compressor for 4 year old ac in this heat wave… and the worst thing is that on the phone they tell you yeah we have it and once you go to the branch they tell you no we dont have it.
Best vendor to deal with for HVAC, Jeff is our rep and does an amazing job taking care of our clients and us.
Very disappointing customer service. Most of the staff are rude and unprofessional. When asked questions, they either hesitate or fail to give proper explanations. One of the strangest things I noticed was an older lady from DoorDash repeatedly asking the staff,if they had ordered food through DoorDash, while the staff just stood around unsure of how to respond. The whole experience was confusing and poorly handled.
