As of April 2024, this store has started to sell products at a higher price close to 35% more than what it was selling at the beginning of the year and claiming that this is due to tariffs. The tariffs have not kicked in yet and this store seems to be price gouging. Same part coil selling for $1200 with other dealers but they are selling for $1950 odd. Will be reporting to NC state - North Carolina’s price gouging law.
Hands down the best customer service I received by a supply house in years. Was not put on a wait. They helped me the same day I called. Very fast service and this was in the dead heat of the summer. Patrick was very helpful and I will be returning to this store to do future business!
