Horrible phone service. I called them and asked how much a part was and they asked me what name it would be placed under, when I told them I didn’t understand what that meant they hung on me. This is not how a customer should be treated. 100% will not be calling or ordering from this place again.

Lovely store and distribution center. Great customer service and residential equipment.
B2B sales only, but they were nice enough when I showed up and directed me towards Nor-Mon as an alternative for personal sales. The website could be clearer that they only sell to licensed techs. I had already found the part I needed on Amazon before I went here, so just completed that purchase rather than driving around town.
