You guys need to hire a salesperson who knows how to navigate your system. He doesn't know how to look up companies on his computer, didn't have this issue with other branches, this is the second time
At Open To Public HVAC Parts, we’ve had a good experience with Lennox Stores. They offer both aftermarket and OEM Lennox repair parts and equipment, and we’ve found their high-quality aftermarket parts to be reliable. While we’re not thrilled about Lennox advertising "17 SEER" on their 14.3 SEER2 equipment, which feels a bit misleading, J.R. has been helpful and attentive as the store manager.
I went in today to set up an account and Anthony helped me out so fast and awesome couldn’t recommend this place and him any more. It’s great.
