I placed an order with Lennox and I personally double‑checked that they had received it. I received confirmation that the order was in their system — but the part was never shipped. This resulted in vague promises, and there was no clear timeline or accountability. This experience left us without a needed part and wasted our time. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and follow‑through.
5/22/2025 Most times I deal with either Mike or Danial. Don’t let Danial fool you. :-). He “Loves” to joke around with you. But once you figure him out him, you can throw it back at him. Treat him right and he will go the extra mile to get you the best experience possible. Mike has helped me in the past with warranties. He takes care of everything for you. Awesome Dude !
