Great customer service, staff is knowledgeable
With the city growing it is hard to get parts and actually speak to someone at the counter that is helpful with knowledge. Lennox parts plus in south Austin is and will always be my go to for anything I need. I can always count on Jacob and Adante for help when I need it. They are always on top of customer needs and go the extra mile, exceeding expectations every time. I am a service tech for a high volume Lennox dealer and it’s always reassuring to know that you have someone to count on.

I placed an order with Lennox and I personally double‑checked that they had received it. I received confirmation that the order was in their system — but the part was never shipped. This resulted in vague promises, and there was no clear timeline or accountability. This experience left us without a needed part and wasted our time. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and follow‑through.
