They go above and beyond to answer the call of duty with some of the top notch time frames Lennox company wide. Our company is based out of Marshalltown, Iowa and we place 100% of our orders directly through this location. Keep up the great work.
The guy working at the counter (Ashton) was incredibly rude when I was trying to make a purchase. He wouldn’t even look up my account for me to purchase with them, or make eye contact (wouldn’t even look at me, at all) with me. I will spend my money elsewhere.
Totally awful experience, we are a previous client that previously have purchased parts for our company. Unfortunately the employee today, Ashton, was totally useless. Extremely rude and resumed to help us to locate the account because according to him per our look we could not have been customers. Totally felt discriminated. Taking my business somewhere else, thank you sor your service Ashton.
