I’m a new customer and I met this gentleman named Jeremy and Damere. Theses gentlemen welcomed me with open arms and helped me out with all my problems since I’m a new tech.

According to the employee I spoke with they don’t sell to individuals, only contractors with an account at the store. So even though I knew exactly what I needed and wanted, and could pay, they would not sell it to me…I had to hire a contractor to buy a part. Just silly if you ask me
Gary is the most disrespectful person at Lennox he have my husband working on his brakes unpaid time and he curses at the customers very rude and unprofessional he does not deserve that job that’s why the sells are so low
