As a contractor, I become consistently disappointed with this companies standard operating procedures. Due to some of these operating procedures we do not offer Lennox as a product to our customers and now with you increasing faulty parts that are brand new we are hesitant to even service this equipment as it ends up, costing us even more money. Very bad customer service, rude guy at counter I believe he hates his job and takes it on people walking in.
They don't sell to the public, had to go to their location to find that out, since they don't pick up the phone or state that on the website. Rude counter rep to top it off, empty store and too busy to pick up phone calls. Hey, "Enjoy enjoy your job".
