Very friendly and helpful on the phone and at the counter. Anyone complaining about this location doesn’t have enough experience dealing with suppliers to know what good and bad service is in the industry these days
Bria and Joe had my cold climate ready for me to load within 5 minutes and have very good product knowledge about how to set this up, I'm very pleased with the service that Lennox centennial is providing
As a contractor, I become consistently disappointed with this companies standard operating procedures. Due to some of these operating procedures we do not offer Lennox as a product to our customers and now with you increasing faulty parts that are brand new we are hesitant to even service this equipment as it ends up, costing us even more money.
